I still have to write a quick CSA post about my share last week, but I found this great chart on Facebook via Chasing Delicious and I just had to share it. As a graphic designer I’m drawn to good informational graphics in general… but as a human who tries to eat more veggies I’m drawn to good information! Enjoy.
This is awesome! So helpful, especially for when you do need to get things from the grocery store and want to know what’s really in season.
How’s the CSA going for you?
I know, I love the design. I just want to stare at it all day! CSA is going well so far… I haven’t had a chance to post yet about last weeks. I also made some AMAZING quinoa/zucchini patties… I’m going to post the recipe for that as well!
Oh wow, that just sounds amazing! Can’t wait to see it. It’s so much fun to get that new box every week and have the challenge of cooking something new. :) I’m trying my hand at a Thai-inspired dish tonight for using up my napa cabbage.
